NO PLACE LIKE SLOANE!
On Monday 12th May, The Botanist opens on Sloane Square, marking Tom and Ed Martin’s latest London bar and restaurant.
The owners of the renowned gastro-empire that includes the acclaimed Gun and White Swan will consolidate their many years experience of offering high quality food and drink in the most striking yet informal of venues.
Open all day every day for breakfast, lunch, (brunch on the weekends) afternoon tea, supper and Sunday roasts, The Botanist will relax the rules of fine dining.
Named in honour of adventuring naturalist Sir Hans Sloane, whose vast private collection of plant and animal specimens formed the core of The British Museum and later The Natural History Museum, The Botanist will draw together influences from far and wide, whilst remaining essentially British at heart. In a room dominated by a gallery of hand painted illustrations from Sloane’s Caribbean exploration, diners will enjoy contemporary British/European cuisine.
Sipping one of The Botanist’s bespoke cocktails at the gleaming pewter bar beneath glittering chandeliers will be a sophisticated experience. The bar will also be open throughout the day for beers, wine, smoothies, juices, coffees, drinks and bar food.
The Botanist – cultivating its own niche on Sloane Square.
