ETM Group, owned by brothers Tom and Ed Martin, operates 8 venues across central London, including smart City gastro pubs, contemporary brasserie/bars and small neighbourhood pubs and has been in business since 2000.

We are a family run business that strongly believes in forging strong links with other family businesses. We have worked with most of our suppliers for more that 5 years and only serve the highest quality produce from predominantly local / British suppliers, small farms and producers such as Wright's Oysters, Select Meat and Poultry, Denham Estate etc. On the drinks side we work closely with various different reputable wine, spirit and beer suppliers and we have our own ETM house wine which is produced in the Languedoc region of France.

All of our managers and staff are trained to build the business through excellent service with a personal touch and we actively try to promote staff from within the group. We will always offer vacancies to staff internally before they are advertised to external applicants.

ETM will grow over the next few years - Tom and Ed Martin have plans to expand the group of pubs, restaurants and bars without losing the ‘family' business feel.
